Food and Exercise Day 2


Hello, I'm sorry there won't be any pictures today. I'll do better next time, but for some reason I was starving and ate everything before taking a picture.

Breakfast

  • Cliff Bar: Peanut Butter type
  • Opinions: It was bit dry and didn't hit the spot. I was hungry again within 2-3hr
Snack
  • Another apple
  • Thinly sliced it gives me the illusion of eating more than I really was.
  • Kept me full until it was lunch time 
Lunch
  • Same as yesterday. Rice with beef and mushrooms. Except this time I added steamed brocolli
  • It was filling. The brocolli added some green to my overly bland looking lunch
Dinner
  • Another small bowl of pho. 
  • Extremely filling. Made sure I didn't eat anymore after that

Exercise
  • Enjoyed brisk walks outside with dogs. Volunteer at the Humane Society as a dog walker. 
Face Care
  • I crashed that night so unfortunately I didn't wash my face. :/

Food and Exercise Day I

Ahhh today is a glorious day. I wake up feeling like I'm ready to conquer the world....well not really just conquering my bad habits. So with that thought rattling around my brain I ate well today and didn't go overboard. So keep in mind with these food and exercise diary that they are logs of yesterday's things.



Breakfast

  • Cliff Bar
Snack
  • one apple thinly sliced...because I love thinking that I have more when I really don't 

Lunch

  • Lunch was a deliciously packed one cup of rice with beef and mushrooms. 


Dinner
  • Small bowl of pho. 
Exercise
  • I did p90x. The first day in their program. It was chest and back. It consisted of a lot of push ups. I didn't do too well on it. I did them on my knees instead and still only managed to get 5-10 depending on what type of push up it was. 
Face Care
  • I washed my face and applied my face cream, like I promised myself. It felt good to be accomplishing something and I hope that my skin will improve over time because I'm taking better care of myself.

New Start

There's change in the air. I have always been the bigger girl. The one who didn't wear certain clothing a because she didn't think she was skinny enough to pull it off. However, for the past few days I have started to feel motivated to lose weight and pull myself together.  The goal is to get better and healthier looking skin and start my weight loss program. 

The problems
  • I'm amazingly lazy and don't wash my face at night and apply my face cream. 
  • Bad diet. High in calories and sodium.  
  • Drink more water. Goal 8 bottles a day. 
The method: face
  • Wash face with face wash at least once a day. 
  • Apply cream in the morning 
  • Apply doctor prescribed medicine at night 
The method: fitness
  • Start the p90x program 
  • Eat lean. More veggies and fish. Less red meat and carbs. 
  • Avoid sweets 
  • Avoid eating at night 
The blog 
  • Keeps track of my food of the day, water and face regime. 
  • Updates on how this new routine of mine is effecting me. 
  • Fun side: purchases I made
