Hello, I'm sorry there won't be any pictures today. I'll do better next time, but for some reason I was starving and ate everything before taking a picture.
Breakfast
- Cliff Bar: Peanut Butter type
- Opinions: It was bit dry and didn't hit the spot. I was hungry again within 2-3hr
Snack
- Another apple
- Thinly sliced it gives me the illusion of eating more than I really was.
- Kept me full until it was lunch time
Lunch
- Same as yesterday. Rice with beef and mushrooms. Except this time I added steamed brocolli
- It was filling. The brocolli added some green to my overly bland looking lunch
Dinner
- Another small bowl of pho.
- Extremely filling. Made sure I didn't eat anymore after that
Exercise
- Enjoyed brisk walks outside with dogs. Volunteer at the Humane Society as a dog walker.
- I crashed that night so unfortunately I didn't wash my face. :/
